I am a dynamic and committed young advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, bringing 1.5 years of focused legal practice supported by a strong academic foundation in Business Law and Intellectual Property Rights. I hold a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) degree from ICFAI University, Jaipur, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of corporate regulations, commercial transactions, and evolving legal frameworks. My professional experience spans corporate compliance, real estate matters, insolvency proceedings before the NCLT under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Banking Laws, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) proceedings, and Service Law litigation. Having worked as a Legal Associate and Consultant, I have assisted businesses and individuals in navigating regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing them in contentious matters. I have successfully handled cases relating to cheque dishonor under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, property disputes, matrimonial issues, and DRT recovery proceedings. My exposure to civil, criminal, and commercial litigation has provided me with in-depth familiarity with court procedures, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing client representation effectively.
