(Hons.) graduate and a law graduate, he is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. With over 30 years of rich experience in Corporate Laws, Private Equity, and Venture Capital investing, Advocate Lalit has carved a niche for himself as a corporate legal expert. His illustrious career spans across some of the most reputed organizations in India, including Caparo India, Peninsula Realty Fund of Piramal Group, Milestone Funds, Jaypee Karcham Hydro Corporation (Jaypee Group), New Holland Tractors (Fiat), Samcor Glass (a joint venture of Samtel, Corning, and Samsung Corning), Oswal Group, and the Bank of India.

Since 2012, Advocate Sanjay Lalit has been offering his expertise as an independent Corporate Legal Advisor to leading companies across Mumbai and Bangalore.
