Advocate Sakshi Chopra is a third-generation legal professional with around five years of experience in general corporate law and dispute resolution. Known for her meticulous drafting skills and strategic approach, she has assisted numerous startups in structuring their internal documentation, including client engagement contracts, employee agreements, and consultancy arrangements. In addition to transactional work, Sakshi has been involved in preparing a wide array of litigation documents such as petitions, suits, replies, and applications, reflecting her versatile legal acumen.
Her experience extends to vetting and reviewing transactional documents, particularly in relation to LAS (Loan Against Securities) deals and ISDA documentation.
