Advocate Sakshi Chopra

Advocate Sakshi Chopra is a third-generation legal professional with around five years of experience in general corporate law and dispute resolution. Known for her meticulous drafting skills and strategic approach, she has assisted numerous startups in structuring their internal documentation, including client engagement contracts, employee agreements, and consultancy arrangements. In addition to transactional work, Sakshi has been involved in preparing a wide array of litigation documents such as petitions, suits, replies, and applications, reflecting her versatile legal acumen.

Her experience extends to vetting and reviewing transactional documents, particularly in relation to LAS (Loan Against Securities) deals and ISDA documentation. She has also provided legal opinions, advisory support, and end-to-end assistance in litigation matters, including the drafting of legal notices, replies, affidavits, and more. Sakshi’s legal foundation was firmly established in litigation, having begun her career under the mentorship of Senior Advocate Ms. Meenakshi Arora. She continued to hone her skills with HSA Advocates under Ms. Payal Chawla in Delhi and later under Mr. Nand Kishore in Mumbai, where she gained exposure to both corporate advisory and courtroom practice.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2010, Advocate Sakshi Chopra is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various District Courts in Delhi including Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Rohini, Saket, Karkardooma, and Dwarka. Her practice also spans forums such as the National and State Consumer Commissions and the former Company Law Board.
