Advocate Rajiv Ranjan

Advocate Rajiv Ranjan has been actively practicing law since 2001, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, various district courts across Delhi and NCR, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT) and their appellate bodies, as well as consumer forums at national, state, and district levels. With over two decades of legal experience, his core areas of practice include banking and finance, where he has advised and litigated for both domestic and overseas banks in matters involving the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act (RDB Act), SARFAESI Act, negotiable instruments, insurance disputes, and loan recovery proceedings.

In addition to financial and corporate matters, Advocate Rajiv has represented a wide range of corporate and individual clients in litigation and arbitration across civil, corporate, and criminal jurisdictions. His work extends to handling cases related to bonds, guarantees, contracts, and complex commercial litigation. He has also been involved in constitutional, environmental, labour, and employment law matters. Under property law, he advises on real estate transactions, including title verification, purchase, sale, and development of residential and commercial properties, offering end-to-end legal support for real estate projects.

Advocate Rajiv is well-versed in the preparation and drafting of a variety of legal documents including plaints, written statements, appeals, revisions, reviews, quashing petitions, and claims before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. He also handles the vetting and preparation of commercial agreements such as supply agreements and transfer pricing agreements. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2001, he is a member of the Delhi Bar Association and regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Dwarka, Karkardooma, Rohini, Saket, Patiala House, Tis Hazari, Ghaziabad, and various tribunals including DRT and consumer forums.
