Advocate Rahul Bhandari

Advocate Rahul Bhandari is a skilled and dynamic legal professional with extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation. Since his enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2009, he has consistently demonstrated a results-driven and ethical approach in representing clients across various judicial forums. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and several other courts and tribunals both within and outside Delhi. Advocate Rahul’s legal career has been shaped by invaluable mentorship and prestigious affiliations. He had the privilege of assisting the late Mr. M.N. Krishnamani, a Senior Advocate and former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, in several high-stakes matters before the Supreme Court. Additionally, he is associated with Dhawan & Co., a prominent Delhi-based law firm, where he advises and appears in complex commercial disputes and corporate litigation across India. His inclusion on the panel of Legal Aid Lawyers for the South District Court, Saket, reflects his commitment to access to justice and public service. Earlier in his career, Rahul served as an Associate Lawyer with Mr. Rajiv Bansal, Standing Counsel for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and nominated counsel for the Delhi High Court. During this time, he represented key institutions including GAIL, NBCC, and the Delhi High Court in matters spanning Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Property Law, Criminal Law, and Service Law. His responsibilities included end-to-end case management—drafting, arguing, and strategizing—before the Supreme Court, High Court, and District Courts.
