Advocate Mousomie Shoome, enrolled with the Bar Council of Calcutta in 2013, has accumulated over six years of professional experience at the Bar. Having completed her B.A. LL.B. from the University of Calcutta and holding an LL.M. degree in Constitutional Laws, she has developed a strong academic foundation that complements her practical legal skills. She has represented clients in service-related writ petitions, including cases on retiral benefits, land disputes, police inaction, as well as first and second appeals and criminal revisions. She has also appeared in significant consumer matters, particularly those concerning landmark housing projects, and banking-related disputes involving institutions such as the State Bank of India and Reserve Bank of India before courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, and Appellate Debt Recovery Tribunals.
