At the firm, she primarily manages criminal, property, and family law matters, offering clients strong representation backed by her in-depth legal and psychological insights.
Advocate Mallika began her legal practice independently, quickly establishing her proficiency in handling complex criminal matters. Early in her career, she dealt with heinous crimes including murder and rape trials, representing both accused and complainants. Notably, she was involved in the high-profile Dhaula Kuan Gangrape case (2005), where she drafted and filed the application for suspension of sentence and bail for the lone convict. She has also worked extensively on cases of cheating, forgery, misappropriation, and property disputes, while continuing to handle family-related matters. In addition, she has engaged in pro bono work, including representing jail inmates and assisting with furlough and parole cases. Her professional journey also includes associations with reputed law offices such as White Collar Chambers, where she provided comprehensive legal support to startups and SMEs, and with Advocate Richa Kapoor (ASC-Criminal, Govt. of NCT Delhi), where she contributed to matters including the much-discussed Mahmood Farooqui rape case.
Over the years, Advocate Mallika has built an impressive practice spanning criminal law, civil litigation, property law, family law, medical negligence, sexual harassment cases, animal rights, and special economic offences including those under the NDPS Act. She has represented clients before Trial Courts in Delhi, Punjab & Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh, as well as before the High Courts of Delhi, Allahabad, Chandigarh, and Jabalpur, the Supreme Court of India, Central Administrative Tribunal, and District & National Consumer Forums. Among her notable achievements is successfully defending restauranteur Gautam Gambhir in a trademark dispute filed by cricketer Gautam Gambhir, setting a significant precedent. Her combination of academic excellence, courtroom experience, and a commitment to justice makes her a formidable advocate in the legal fraternity. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2012, she is also an active member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, Saket District Court Bar Association, and Rohini District Court Bar Association.
