Advocate Kunal Vajani is a distinguished dispute resolution practitioner based in New Delhi with an impressive academic and professional background. He holds a law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, Boston. Additionally, he is a qualified Solicitor with the Supreme Court of England & Wales. Recognized by Chambers and Partners Asia Pacific as a Notable Practitioner from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Vajani has made significant contributions to international arbitration. In July 2018, the World Council of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris appointed him as a Court Member (India) of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for a three-year term, after having served as an Alternate Court Member since 2016.
