Advocate Harsimran Kaur is a dynamic and accomplished legal professional with a strong foundation in litigation, particularly in the area of indirect taxation across jurisdictions including the US, UK, and India. With a deep understanding of document review, customs law, excise matters, and duty drawback compliance, she brings a wealth of experience to her legal practice. She holds an LLM with specializations in Direct Taxes and Intellectual Property Rights from Mewar Institute, Mewar University (Rajasthan), and completed her LLB from Amity Law School, New Delhi. Throughout her career, she has held key roles, including Principal Associate, where she was responsible for managing indirect tax cases and presenting matters before authorities at various levels. She has also served as a Senior Associate Quality Lead in litigation support, overseeing large teams of 15 to 35 associates, managing end-to-end quality control, client communication, and project delivery across a wide range of legal domains.
