Advocate Harmesh Kumar is a seasoned legal professional who began his legal journey in 2005 and has since built a credible and result-oriented independent practice. He initially trained under the guidance of Mr. R. S. Goswami, Member of the Bar Council, Delhi, for three years, gaining practical experience and valuable insights into various legal domains. Since 2008, Advocate Harmesh has been independently handling a broad spectrum of legal matters with a strong focus on ethical conduct and professional excellence.

His practice covers multiple areas of law, including civil and criminal litigation, dishonor of cheques, Rent Control Act cases, matrimonial disputes, consumer complaints, and more. He is also proficient in drafting and vetting a wide range of legal documents such as agreements, Wills, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). His comprehensive legal knowledge enables him to offer practical solutions tailored to individual client needs, whether in litigation or legal advisory roles.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2005, Advocate Harmesh is a respected member of the Shahdara Bar Association. He actively appears before the Delhi High Court and a wide network of District Courts including Dwarka, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Saket, Tis Hazari, and courts in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gautambuddha Nagar, and Gurgaon. In addition, he represents clients before consumer forums including District Consumer Forums, the State Commission in Delhi, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
