Advocate Dr. Sudha Jain

Advocate Dr. Sudha Jain is a distinguished family lawyer and counselor with over 41 years of legal experience, practicing primarily in Delhi and Gurgaon. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1984, she is a respected member of the Saket Bar Association. Her extensive experience encompasses providing legal consultancy and advisory services across various legal domains, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and effective legal support.

Dr. Jain holds a Doctorate in English Literature and has pursued diverse educational qualifications, including an M.A. in Jainology, Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Media. Her active participation and contribution to welfare and reform initiatives have made her a renowned personality in Jain communities across the country. She has also contributed significantly to promoting harmonious interfaith interactions, serving as the Secretary of the Inter-Faith Group under the chairmanship of Vincent M. Concessao, Archbishop of Delhi, and Oswald Gracias, Archbishop of Mumbai.

Dr. Jain is known for her expertise in family law, particularly in facilitating peaceful reconciliation of matrimonial disputes through family counseling. In recognition of her contributions, the Government of NCT Delhi appointed her as a Member-Judge of the Senior Citizen Tribunal. She has also been honored for her social work by the Vice President of India.

Her areas of practice include family law, divorce, child custody, maintenance, domestic violence, and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents. She regularly appears before the Family Courts of Delhi and various District Courts, including those in Gurgaon, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Saket, and Tis Hazari.
