After graduating from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Advocate Bhoomika honed her skills with leading law firms such as Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai (now Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas) and the boutique tax firm Vaish Associates Advocates, New Delhi. At Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, she specialized in complex taxation matters, including advising on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions of listed and private companies, structuring inbound and outbound mergers, and navigating intricate issues of international taxation and treaty interpretation. Her tenure at Vaish Associates Advocates gave her a strong foundation in litigation, arbitration, and handling appellate matters, sharpening her advocacy skills. She later joined the Chambers of Dr. Rajeev Dhavan, Senior Advocate, where she was part of some of the most high-profile cases in India, covering constitutional law, administrative law, civil disputes, criminal matters, service law, bail, intellectual property, tax, and water disputes.
