Advocate Alok Singh

A seasoned advocate with extensive practice before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Chhattisgarh High Court, various NCLTs, and other High Courts across India. He has also briefed Queen’s Counsel in the UK, collaborated with senior counsels in the APAC region, and appeared in international arbitration proceedings in London. He is a Senior Partner at Menon & Associates. At the firm, Mr. Singh leads the team handling statutory compliance for companies before key regulators and authorities including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the Registrar of Companies, and arbitration and conciliation bodies. He also heads the Bilaspur office in Chhattisgarh, strengthening the firm’s presence in central India, and oversees the criminal litigation practice, representing clients in complex white-collar and corporate criminal matters. In addition, he has served as an arbitrator, sitting alongside retired High Court Justices in significant disputes.
