Advocate Parveen Arya has been extensively involved in filing and prosecuting Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Design applications before the respective Registries and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board, including International Trademark Registrations. She offers investigative services in IPR matters and represents clients in trademark, copyright, patent, and design disputes before District Courts, the Hon’ble High Court, Supreme Court of India, and the IPAB. Her practice also covers Domain Name Registration, company formation and registration, NGO and Society Registration, Trust and IEC Registration, and a wide range of taxation and financial consultancy including Income Tax, VAT, Excise, and auditing of books of accounts.
In addition to her expertise in intellectual property and corporate matters, Advocate Parveen is proficient in drafting various legal documents such as sale deeds, gift deeds, wills, agreements to sell, lease and license agreements, franchisee agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding. She also provides legal support in banking and financial services, including debt recovery, loan-related litigation, and criminal proceedings involving cheque bounce, cheating, and fraud. Her practice extends to commercial and property laws, encompassing property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, recovery suits, declarations, and consumer protection cases before District Forums, State Commissions, and the National Commission.
