Advocate Shubham Mahajan

Advocate Shubham Mahajan enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2010. After completing her law degree, she served as a Law Researcher in the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi with Justices V. K Jain, Kailash Gambhir, and Nazmi Waziri (since retired). Following her tenure at the High Court, she gained valuable experience working with eminent lawyers and reputed law firms in the Delhi NCR region.

She has extensive experience handling matters related to consumer laws, civil laws, the Negotiable Instruments Act, matrimonial laws, and RERA. Recently appointed as a nominated/standing counsel for the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, she regularly appears before the High Court, all District Courts of Delhi and the National Capital Region, NCDRC, State and District Consumer Commissions, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, and Central Information Commission. Additionally, she has managed multiple institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations.

Advocate Shubham regularly appears in forums and courts including Consumer Court Shalimar Bagh, Consumer Forums in Nand Nagri, Tis Hazari, Janakpuri, Mehrauli, Kashmeri Gate, the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Dwarka, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Saket, Tis Hazari, NCDRC, and State Commission Delhi.
